My name is Virginija and I am about to become Ofsted registered childminder. I live in Tilbury, Thurrock. My career path as an early year’s educator started six years ago – I had been working in a nursery and Saturday school.  Since then, I am passionate about early years, child’s development and psychology, emotional wellbeing, importance of play, ways of effective teaching and learning and how to meet and fulfil children’s potential and support them in their exciting childhood journey.

I hold relevant qualifications in childcare – NVQ Level 2 and 3, also I have Level 3 qualification in Team Management.

If you choose my setting, you will meet my husband Tomas and my little daughter Freya – they are my models of inspiration and motivation. We also have a pet – small hamster called Minnie.

I truly believe that every child is unique and different, they learn different ways and have wonderful talents that I will have opportunity to support and encourage in safe and loving environment.

You could ask – why my setting is called Little Curious Minds? Well, because children are indeed little great minds! It is enough to observe them just for few minutes and you could realise how they see this world, value it, feels amazed by it and are curious and passionate about every tiny detail! This curiosity leads and fascinates them, they want to explore, see, touch, feel and have all the experiences in the world and they do it so sincerely!
