Young Homelessness Project - Mediation & Housing Advice - Family Mosaic
Advice and guidance for young people aged 16 and 17 years old with who are homeless or on the verge of being homeless with the intension of mediating with the family for the young person to return home or remain within the home.
If the young person is unable to return to the family home the service will explore the options open to the young person for housing.
Mark has an office at the Civic Office on Friday afternoon and can be contacted at Brook House at other times.
Self-referrals encouraged.
