Talk to us anytime you like, in your own way and off the record - about whatever's getting to you.

If I'm under 18, how can you help me?

A lot of things can make us feel bad, for example:

  • how we look
  • problems at school or college
  • how people are treating us
  • worries about exams or money

or something else… You might feel you can’t talk to anyone, or you don’t want to worry your friends or family.
