THE NEW PORTAGE WORKSHOP 2018

31st January and 1st February

Thurrock Portage and Early Support service is offering the new National Portage Association Workshop. This training is taking place over 2 days plus a follow up day.

The workshop is suitable for anyone working within the early year’s workforce and parents/carers

The key feature of the workshop is a practical approach using small steps to learning for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.

The Portage principles will support settings in their delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities and will support settings in implementing the new SEND Code of Practice.

All participants who complete the workshop will receive a certificate accredited by the National Portage Association.

** Please note: You can use your early year’s Pupil Premium for this workshop **
