Who can get help?

Customers spending more than 3% of income on water bill.

Financial circumstances of customer will be assessed.

What help is provided?

Discount (up to 50%) against bill based on circumstances.

How can I apply?

Applications should be made directly to the company. All applications will require an independent financial assessment by Stepchange or other independent debt advice agency as part of the application process.
