The most important thing as a childminder is to make sure the children in my care are happy and safe and are learning in a simulating environment that encourages them to develop as individuals in a friendly and homely atmosphere, combining outdoor play with indoor play and providing simulating child centred activities and resources that challenge and encourage learning and investigation.
