This is a personal development programme for groups of 16 to 25 year olds who work together on a 12 week programme to develop their personal and work skills, build confidence and motivation.

Activities include a team building residential, work experience, basic skills, fundraising and involvement in a community project.

Participants can achieve Wider Key Skills, Health & Safety Level 2, Food Safety Level 2 and Prince’s Trust Certificate in Personal, Teamwork and Community Skills. Level 1,  2
