At  Blooming Babies, our whole team are dedicated to providing quality care and education. All the children are supervised by professionally trained nursery staff.   Our staff ratios are high and the children are nurtured within a happy, stimulating family type environment.   All our staff have a genuine, caring nature.

Blooming Babies Day Nursery has qualified staff members all with Level 3 and 4 in childcare. The nursery manager holds a NVQ level 3 in Early Years Childcare and Education. All staff are dedicated to their positions within the nursery and endeavor to ensure all the children recieve quality care and education. Staff are keen to participate in training to develop their qualifications and skills and are all paediatric first aid trained. The day to day management of the nursery is undertaken by the manager and in her absence the two deputy managers. From time to time we have a pool of  bank staff we call upon to cover holidays and sickness. These staff are qualified and DBS checked by Blooming Babies Day Nursery.
