Who are Thurrock Lifestyle Solutions?
We are an innovative company that centres on disabled people having power over their own life choices.
The TLS directors are all disabled people, who help design the solutions and services we provide from their own real life experiences
Established in 2007 and winning funds as a Department of Health Pathfinder, the company is founded on the concept of Community Solutions and uses disabled people as its experts by experience. From this it has developed several models of supporting people to live the lifestyles of choice in their communities.
Currently it supports:- a Lifestyle in Transition house - training people in living independently in their communities, the provision of Personal Assistants, enables people to find paid work through Community involvement and supports young people in Transition from 'special' schools.
