Ormiston Park Secondary - ASCEND Resource Base for Social, emotional and mental health
The Inclusion team at Ormiston Park Academy use a range of parent and student feedback, combined with information and data to evaluate our provision for students with SEND on a termly basis.
This includes, but is not limited to the following:
- parent/carer feedback surveys
- student surveys
- annual review feedback from parents, students, and external specialists
- tracking and evaluation of student interventions
- learning walks, observations of lessons and work scrutiny
- line management & performance reviews for staff within the inclusion team
- year group data capture assessment & reporting
- annual KS4 performance measures
