Outdoor Bootcamp
Tuesday and Thursday evenings
My name is Craig and i run a friendly and welcoming outdoor Boot camp that delivers Strength and Conditioning based workouts. All session are completely inclusive and all abilities welcome. We are based over King Georges Playing Field/Blackshots in grays, all you need to bring is appropriate gym clothing and water.
