Aiding Your Anxious Child

Are you concerned that stress and anxiety are becoming a problem for your child and you’re not sure how to help? You’re not alone. This supportive and informative session will help you to understand more about anxiety in children and  introduce you to some effective coping strategies that can be used to build resilience, promote healthy thinking and positive self-esteem.

Paediatric First Aid

This popular workshop will give you the knowledge and confidence to deliver emergency first aid to a baby or child in a range of circumstances. Content can include choking, cuts and bleeding, CPR and seizures. It can also include identification and treatment of sepsis, meningitis, and anaphylactic shock. Please note: This is not a qualification course

Promoting Positive Behaviour (0-11 years)

Are you finding your child's behaviour difficult to cope with? This supportive session will help you identify some strategies to promote positive behaviour by considering some of the reasons why children behave the way they do.

Fun with Maths (4-7 or 8-11 years)

Does your child struggle with maths? This fun session will provide you with ideas and activities to help you and your child to have fun with maths, both at home and on the go. There are two sessions available, aimed at families with children aged 4-7 or 8-11 years.
