Basildon and Thurrock Friend is an Internet and telephone call-back service for the Lesbian, Gay and Bisexual communities of Basildon and Thurrock. 

Formed on 1st January 2002 by volunteers who are themselves Lesbian, Gay or Bisexual, and some of whom are trained counsellors.        

We offer support primarily by email and call-back telephone in complete anonymity, but will also correspond confidentially by letter.
