The register is a database that holds information about children with disabilities who live in Thurrock.
If you are the parent of, or have parental responsibility for a child with a disability, you can add their details to the register by completing a simple form. Details are sent directly to The Sunshine Centre in Tilbury.

When registered you will be entitled to receive a "Rainbow Card". The "Rainbow Card" identifies a child with a disability thereby reducing the embarrassment when requesting extra help such as "fast tracking" when there are queues or trying to obtain discounts. A list of participating organisations that have agreed to acknowledge and support the card can be obtained from The Sunshine Centre.
